Released 31-03-2015 - RaceRoom has been updated

I would love to have this in Custom Championships!
First make it random for the first session on each track, then have it change clockwise for every session on that track.

Can you guys try deleting the graphics_options.xml file found in your R3E user folder.
E.g. C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData
I believe this is a specific shadow setting related issue. This reply is from Sonat, one of the developers

 

I need HEEEEEEEEEEELP from sector3studios.
I can`t play R3E after the update from 31.03.15. The TV screen is black and shows following mistake.
It is easter and I will drive the cars, please help me!!!

 

Guys please respond, anyone else has the same problem like me? I cant create a custom championship, is it something im doing wrong, or is it a bug? I purchase a lot of cars and tracks today and i cant enjoy it....

The Problem is away, I can start the game and drive.
At the moment came a little new update.

Tried the RUF GT2 with new physics...very much awesome.
Created WTCC "Short Track" championship...started and saved the championship......brilliant.
Default DFGT profile works good......just need to remember where the buttons are and tone down the road vibrations, wheel shaking like mad......FAQ will fix me up there.

i'm enjoying the new physics but to each his own i suppose (try resetting the setup i took it out without doing this and spun a couple times then went into the setup hit default and all was well, then turned the breaks up (i hate how they don't default to 100%))

 

I did some multiplayer yesterday and this feels like a new game!
Finally all the great tracks are being used and i forgot how great r3e looks with "time of day" feature.
Zolder at sunset is amazing! I also got no connection issues the hole evening. Hopefully it stays like that for me.

Zackspeed capri with new physics is even more tailhappy but also gives better feedback. Great work.
I also really like how you changed the backfire sounds in coasting for the BMW dtm92.

What's missing now is the possibility to change cars between sessions without reconnecting to the server.

 

Haven't had a change to test game after update yet, can't wait!

 

I can confirm that problem. Only when i disable the practice-session the custom championship will be started.

 

Coming directly from a Custom Champ. Race with the "new" G5 Capri (=once more : absolutely brilliant what you did there S3 ) with heavy arms and hands so to say, I decided to run first testlaps online with the "new" Ruf....
First moment I was a bit disappointed cause compared to the G5 Capri it runs smooth and easy like on rails. Had a little sparring with some nice guys at Mid Ohio first (more to check the car out than competetive racing) and just stayed when the server switched to Zandvoort. There a lot of DTM -Springcup guys joined obviously . After a few laps a nice train of five cars tackling each other formed and due to the precise and forgiving handling of the GT2s it was a brilliant, thrilling race.
Well as many said that some slower Series like DTM 92, Touring Classics or WTCC are a preferable choice for close online racing without much incidents, with the updated GT2 there is a fast MP-series now that allows clean and precise racing...only issue I had was that my qualylap didn`t count (no off-track warning, penalty - and damn it was a good one )

 

Loving the new physics update to the GT2 cars.
Finding the cars a lot more stable under breaking now.
My lap times have dropped by over a second!

I think you are looking for this:

Vertical Load(in Force Feedback Settings)
Controls how strong vertical forces on the tyres are reflected in the FFB.
Mostly used to feel bumps on the road.
Increase to feel more details of the driving surface.
Decrease if bumps are too strong.
Recommended setting: between 100 - 200%

This is not fixed! It still happens. Just now happening.

 

I have an issue, I played the game a while ago. Had big fun playing. But after not playing the game for a while, i decided to play it again, I updated the game, and unfortunately I cannot play the game anymore due to a crash on boot, I have the latest update installed which should have fixed this!!! Everytime i boot the game, I get to see a black screen and an error sound, I have to cntrl+alt+delete my way out of that screen, and I see the following error:
Game crashed (exception code 0xEEDFADE)

I hope you guys can help me out as I want to play the game asap.
I thought I already missed that limited action where you can drive all cars for free for a limited time?
