Stefanko vs. Xicopont, Lap 8 Turn 4
After getting passed by Stefanko, Xicopont brakes late into the narrow left-hander and pushes Stefanko, taking the place in an illegal pass. Since they finished right behind each other, positions are swapped.

This is the third championship in a row where Heinemann missed a race after registering for it, without any information. Next time he misses a race that he registered for, he will receive a one month ban.

 

Round 2 - Nürburgring - Incidents and Penalties

Lisaso vs. Kappet, Lap 1, Turn 2
This is a tricky incident, which actually starts ahead with Panebianco turning in with Bánki on his inside, spinning and getting collected by Omil who then spins completely. Zerebiec and Lisaso do the right thing and slow down. Kappet, who first is to the right of Lisaso, slots back in behind Lisaso, cannot see the accident ahead until very late and brakes hard, but taps Lisaso into a half spin, who then spins off completely on the grass.
Lisaso is completely innocent in this scene and loses out the most. Kappet had a reasonable pace when he drove into the corner, a bit faster than Lisaso but comparable to other cars.
This a classic case of the concertina effect when an accident happens ahead. The stewards were torn if Kappet actually had any chance to react in this case, therefore they give a...

Round 3 - Motegi - Incidents and Penalties

Dobsa vs. Dornieden Lap 2 Hairpin
Dobsa goes for a very wide entry and for the undercut on Urrata. Dornieden takes the inside line, and when Dobsa comes back for a late apex, Dornieden taps him into a half-spin. There is not really much he could have done in this scenario since Dobsa takes a line that is very hard to predict and Dornieden just braked and drove into the corner completely normal.

Dobsa brakes far too late and hits Schau off from ca. 4 carlengths back. To be fair to Dobsa, he knew that he made a mistake and reported himself for it.

Kwietniewski covers the inside, and Costa tries to switch back to the outside late, and hits Kwietniewski into a spin
