Bug 64bit client crashing on launch, G27 missing device in 32bit using VR

    I cannot start the 64bit client, either in VR or without.
    I can start the 32bit cleint both with and without VR, but when I'm using the oculus (-vr in launch settings), my G27 wheel shows as missing device and I can't use it.
    The wheel works fine using the 32bit client without the -vr launch setting.

    System specs:
    i7 4770k
    980ti
    16gb RAM
    64bit windows 10 with latest updates
