Released ADAC GT Masters 2018

these pics tell nothing. Two different tracks, some grandstands not showing (could be fuller, there are more attractive spots in Hockenheim to watch the race) etc.. also I guess the Nürburgring naturally attracts more visitors than Hockenheimring... or maybe put the Truck Racing Series on Hockenheim and see..

from my own experience of visiting GT masters races I can tell that it's not THAT empty.

 

I would really love to have truck racing in RaceRoom. It’s really a bummer only Reiza jumped in this niche.

Awesome, does that mean we will see DTM's return to R3E? I miss those mad silhoulettes.

 

Might be more interest now as the car's are gonna use the new class one rules

 

The last GT Masterspacks had missing brands, too...so i think its a "livery and drivernames only" pack

 

It will be, and it will be even better if we get the entire class one.

 

I understand the Ferrari and Lambo may be hard to get because of licensing issue, how about Honda NSX GT3?
I have premium pack already, I am not very keen to buy new liveries myself. I will buy the new track though

 

Do find it strange that ADAC can sell a license that doesn't incorporate the cars in said series, I'm pretty sure Liberty would let you have the f1 logo for a few quid but you don't get the cars!
Just ignore the over priced manufacturers, make three replicas called, 'It's just a Rhonda', 'glorified Audi' and 'too F*****g expensive' and be done with it, or as I'm sure I've mentioned it before start spamming said manufacturers with requests it's added to RR or we won't buy their cars anymore! @Georg Ortner does say that every effort will be made for ADAC 2019, so who knows, maybe next year!

 

I came into this topic all hyped up about Lambo and Ferrari in Raceroom... and then I read it
Oh well... will still buy one of the liveries to be able to play the series online.

 

I don't have the cash to buy a Lambo, Ferrari or even an NSX...like 99% or the people roaming this forum....

For unknown reasons, we also do not have several cars from previous seasons ... like the Aston Martin Vantage GT3, Lamborghini Gallardo FL2 and R-EX, i know it's difficult, but i still have hope!

 

What you're saying about faking car names like "Rhonda" is what Reiza did when they made their F1 cars for AMS.

So this announcement is very confusing based on these 2 statements:

The "full on championship in collaboration with" indicates a championship with a full field of cars from the 2018 ADAC GT Masters, on the other hand an "update of the cars in RaceRoom" indicates just 2018 livery updates on the existing cars.

These are 2 completely different things and if its just livery updates then why not just say its livery updates and not work everyone up into a frenzy thinking maybe we are getting some new cars.

I agree and my hopes for new cars were blasted as well. But it might be a matter of opinion.
Imo Raceroom plans to carry out an online championship with hotlapping competitions, online races attending to real ones with a big final at Hockenheim as we've seen before. So you could speak of a full on championship indeed tho' it's a liveryupdate regarding merely the car pool.
