    IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL DRIVERS:
Blue flag = you are a lap (or more) down. You are supposed to let the cars on the lead lap through, and not block them, fight them or even spin them.

    SERVER 1

Courtois vs Moisescu, Lap 2 Turn 1
Moisescu outbrakes himself into turn 1 and hits Courtois into a spin.
    Cristian Moisescu - 20 points - 1 strike

Courtois vs. Kierchhoff, Lap 7 Final Corner
Kierchhoff goes for the inside in the final corner with a late move and puts Courtois wide, taking the place. This move is really too aggressive. Courtois also closed the door a lot when Kierchhoff was already approaching, leaving Kierchhoff with little options. Therefore we just give a warning.
    René Kierchhoff - warning

Courtois vs. Kierchhoff, Lap 33 Back Straight
Kierchhoff covers the inside against Courtois, moving to the inside in two steps. He has a damaged car, but it is a fight for position and while it is a little bit naughty by Kierchhoff, we think it's still just within the tolerance.
    no action

Pinczes vs. Zerebiec, Lap 34 Turn 11
Zerebiec brakes far too late and hits Pinczes in the back. He tries to avoid in the last moment, but is not consequent enough. Big damage for Pinczes.
    Konrad Zerebiec - 20 points - 1 strike

Vromant vs. Kierchhoff, Lap 35 Turn 1-5
Kierchhoff is a lap down with damaged car, and hits Vromant into a spin in turn 1 in a blue flag situation. On the same lap, he lets Raechl past in the triple left hander, but then slots in between Vromant and brakes very early. Vromant hits Kierchhoff. Perhaps Vromant could have avoided this, but Kierchhoff also easily could have picked a better spot to let them through than braking basically on the ideal line. In general, this is very dangerous driving in a blue flag situation, which cannot be tolerated.
    René Kierchhoff - 40 points - 2 strikes

    SERVER 2

Stempurszki vs. Hoyer, Lap 1 Turn 2
The first 2 corners are very tight and there are small bits of contact everywhere. Into turn 2, Stempurszki has a small overlap on Hoyer and squeezes him, keeping the position this way. Overall, some contact unfortunately has to be expected in the midfield on the first lap, but Hoyer still needs to watch out that he leaves more room in the future.
    Michi Hoyer - warning

The lap numbers on all remaining reports of Thomas Stempurzski are not correct. It is not the responsibility of the race direction to look through the replays for hours to find the correct scenes. If you want to be serious about it, you have to file correct reports.

Riedel vs. Stempurszki, Lap 25 Turn 2
Stempurszki goes for a cutback when there is not a gap, hits Riedel and spins him around.
    Thomas Stempurszki - 8 points, 1 strike

Barna vs. Pellegrini, Lap 39 and Lap 40, Turn 1
Pellegrini unlaps himself against Barna in turn 1. To be fair, the move is clean and he appears to be faster and can gap Barna, but then Pellegrini makes a mistake again and drops behind Barna. In the next lap, he divebombs Barna in turn 1 and spins him. Such moves under blue flags are not excusable.
    Umberto Pellegrini - 16 points, 2 strikes

    SERVER 3
Due to missing replay, the report in Server 3 will be reviewed as soon as the driver sends it to us.

    SERVER 1
    Vega vs Kramarsky + Kierchhoff
    Lap 1 Turn 1
Kramarsky and Kierchhoff brake late for turn 1 to try and make ground against Baeza and Vega, with Kierchhoff hitting Kramarsky in the side, forcing Kramarsky into the rear 1/4 of Vega, sending Vega into a spin across the grass and then back onto the track, resulting in heavy contact with Oliviera, Raechl and the already spun Antonov. Kierchhoff was far too late on the brakes for the first corner of the race, but Kramarsky also came across in the braking zone. It was lucky to all involved that it didnt end up worse.
    René Kierchhoff - 20 points - 1 strike
    Alexander Kramarsky – warning

    Banki vs Heinemann
    Lap 1 Turn 2
Heinemann attempts to go 3 wide on the outside of Hasse and Wisniewski, and when the track goes left, Heinemann pushes Hasse into Banki (who is already sliding due to contact from Wisniewski), causing Banki to end up sideways across the track, leading to lots more contact and Vromant spinning out. This incident has so many factors in play, the first 2 turns at most being a tight, slow speed chicane being one. Also the fact that Wisniewski and Banki make contact first, and Hasse tries to close the door on Heinemann.
    Racing incident

    Vega vs Oliveira
    Lap 1 Turn 3
Vega and Oliveira are on different lines headed into turn 3 (Oliveira hugging the outside white line and Vega running the more direct route) and there is contact under braking which sends Vega off track and into the wall. Oliveira actually brakes earlier then Vega, but Vega comes across the front of Oliveira and brakes super hard, giving Oliveira nowhere to go but into him.
    Racing incident

    Banki vs Heinemann
    Lap 11 Turns 1-2
Banki goes for a move on the inside of Heinemann into turn 1. Heinemann turns into Banki mid-corner, causing Banki to overshoot and Heinemann to go into turn 2 with more momentum. Heinemann then takes the racing line into turn 2 despite Banki still having half a car overlap, causing contact and half-spinning Banki (who also recieved a slowdown penalty).
    Tim Heinemann - 20 points - 1 strike

    Zerebiec vs Nagy
    Lap 11 Turn 2
Nagy goes for the move around the outside of turn 1, and has the inside for turn 2 as with the Banki/Heinemann incident, Zerebiec doesn’t leave Nagy enough room due to going for the inside against Vromant, chopping across the nose of Nagy. All 3 get out of the corner.
    Racing incident

    Zerebiec vs Nagy vs Kierchhoff
    Lap 12 Turn 4-5-6
Nagy and Kierchhoff are fighthing hard, banging doors as Nagy tries to pass on the inside of 3, Kierchhoff gives room but that means he is too tight through 4, and more contact is made, causing Kierchhoff to lose the rear end through 5-6, making contact with Nagy and spinning back into the track and collecting Zerebiec who was trying to pass them on the inside. Kierchhoff then slides backwards on track at the hairpin, causing contact with Pinczes and spinning Nagy out. We believe this incident was caused by Kierchhoff making contact with Nagy, however, it was a loss of control and not an unfair move that snowballed into a far larger accident, effecting multiple cars, therefore we believe that a half-penalty should be given.
    René Kierchhoff - 10 points

    SERVER 2
Barrier vs. Stempurszki / Stempurszki vs. Panebianco
    Lap 1 off the start
Stempurszki got off the line well and went for a gap between Panebianco and Weiss. Panebianco moves to cover, and instead of lifting Stempurszki just drives into Weiss, bounces into the back of Panebianco and loses control, hitting the wall and bouncing around like a pinball, causing direct contact with Demeyer, Dreissig, Bendfeldt, Maiwald, Myszkowski and Nemcek (who is having his own accident) and causing people to go onto the grass and make other contacts all through the field, and severely effecting many drivers races.
    Thomas Stempurszki – 8 points – 1 strike
    Francesco Panebianco - Warning

    Matzick vs De Marco
    Lap 4 startline
Matzick has the run on De Marco who changes lines twice, Matzick does well to avoid and retain control.
    Denis De Marco – Warning
Further moves of this sort will lead to a penalty for De Marco

    Cavillon vs Hoyer
    Lap 4 Turn 1
Hoyer and De Marco try to outbrake each other, and Hoyer still attempts to make the corner, hitting Cavillon hard in the back, spinning him out. Hoyer then drives back onto the track and makes secondary contact with a stranded Cavillon, causing contact with Panebianco and Castaneda.
    Michi Hoyer - 16 points - 2 strikes

    Vigneron vs Smedegard
    Lap 39 Turns 12-13
Vigneron tries to go underneath Smedegard into the final turn, but Smedegard gets loose and is slower out of the corner before geting hit by Vigneron (who does apply the brakes to try and avoid contact). We believe that this incident was caused due to Smedegaard getting loose, and Vigneron (who had committed to try for the inside) did reasonably try to avoid him.
    Racing incident

    SERVER 3
    Horvath vs Pellegrini
    Lap 3 Turn 7
Pellegrini goes for the inside of Horvath when the move wasnt on, causing Horvath to half-spin, losing 6 additional places.
    Umberto Pellegrini - 4 points - 1 strike

    SERVER 1

Ibraimi vs Zengaffinen, Lap 1 Turn 3
Ibraimi brakes into turn 3 with a car on the inside. He brakes very hard, trying to go for the undercut. Zengaffinen is late on the brakes and doesn't anticipate that Ibraimi is so slow in the corner, He hits him and Ibraimi goes into a half-spin, losing a few places. Zengaffinen has to be more careful, especially in the beginning of the race. But Ibraimi could have also avoided this accident, by taking the predictable outside line in the corner.
The stewards had differing opinions on this incident, which is why we give a half penalty.
    Manuel Zengaffinen - 10 points

Zerebiec vs Pinczes, Lap 1 Turn 6-7
Pinczes gets knocked off by Wisniewski on the exit of turn 6 and re-joins (Nandori leaves him space) and Zerebiec goes for a half-hearted move on Nandori, and backs out, but Pinczes and Zerebiec are on a collision course. They make side-to-side contact and both spin, causing Trefz, Cortese and Zengaffinen to make contact, and also involving Baeza. Pinczes left just enough room for Zerebiec to follow the Nandori line, however due to his shallow approach, Zerebiec cant make the corner on that line at the speed he is trying for. Pinczes should've left more room, but I dont think he is entirely to blame when you look at Zerebiec's line.
    Adam Pinczes - Warning

    SERVER 2

    Vega vs Kramarsky, Start
Kramarsky misses the green light, and as a result, Oliveira cannot get around him, Vega then t-bones Oliveira, also involving Marcadet and Diner. Kramarsky didnt even rev or change gear until way after the green light went out. Kramarsky should be paying more attention.
    Alexander Kramarsky - 8 points - 1 strike

Vega vs. Kramarsky, Final lap, turn 3
Out of turn 2, Vega goes past Kramarsky. Kramarsky tries to fight back immediately and brakes very late, pushing Vega off the apex (illegal pass). Then, perhaps because of accelerating hard on the astroturf, Vega swerves and drives across Kramarsky's nose, spinning himself on Kramarsky's car and landing in the gravel. For this contact, Kramarsky is not to blame.
    Alexander Kramarsky - 8 points - 1 strike

    SERVER 3

Rudolph vs De Marco, Lap 1 Startline - Turn 1
De Marco comes across to block Rudolph, and then moves back across to cover the outside again, making a slight bit of contact, then Rudolph is hit from behind by Kaercher into a half-spin, causing several other contacts in behind. Normally, this would be a warning for De Marco, but he did exactly the same in the previous race, so this time he gets a penalty for it. The actual contact that spins Rudolph is done by Kaercher though.
    Denis De Marco - 4 points - 1 strike
    Andreas Kaercher - 4 points - 1 strike

Rudolph / Swarey vs Barrier / Pellegrini & Arella vs Adams & Vigneron vs Radlinski, Lap 1 Turns 1-2

I put these together because they are the same incident.

Pellegrini and Barrier go off in the first turn to avoid Rudolph being spun and both pick up slowdowns. Pellegrini serves his immediately, in the middle of the road. This is extremely dangerous, forcing the cars behind to change their lines. Barrier pulls up alongside and slams on his brakes, with cars right behind him that have no chance to react, causing an absolutely massive pileup involving Castaneda, Rudolph, Horvath, Kaercher, Demeyer, Joni and basically 95% of the grid behind them. Radlinski and Adams arrive at the scene at full speed after being involved in a turn 1 collision, fail to slow down and hit already involved drivers at full speed.

It says clearly in the rulebook: You have to move off the racing line in order to serve a slowdown. Keeping a car which has received a slowdown penalty on the racing line is a penalizable offense.

    Valentin Barrier - 20 points - 5 strikes
Barrier is banned from the next race at Nürburgring
    Umberto Pellegrini - 8 points - 2 strikes
Pellegrini is banned from the next race at Nürburgring
    Valentino Adams - 4 points - 1 strike
    Pavel Radlinski - 4 points - 1 strike

    SERVER 4

Gretschel vs Riedel, Lap 1 Turn 7
Riedel brakes late and hits the back of Gretchel, spinning both cars out. Even though it wasnt an unreasonable braking point, for lap 1, and there being cars battling ahead, Riedel should have been less aggressive.
    Niklas Riedel - 2 points - 1 strike

    SERVER 1

Benedek vs. Kierchhoff, Lap 37, Turn 5
Benedek is the last car in the train lapping Kierchhoff, Kierchhoff misjudges coming back into the racing line and gives Benedek the smallest of touches before going off by himself.
    Warning - René Kierchhoff
This time nothing happened, but you need to watch out better under blue flags! Not the first offense - next time instant penalty even for such small offenses.

Benedek vs. Kierchoff and Zerebiec, Lap 43
Benedek catches the 2 cars battling a lap down, and neither make way for him, but Benedek is a consistant distance behind and isnt held up until the very last corner. In this case, we think it's justified that the drivers battle out their position, since the time loss for Benedek is minimal.
    No action

    Dreißig vs. B. Vella, Lap 43 T3-4
Into turn 3 Vella goes for a dive, and opens the door using his bumper, pulling alongside, and holding very left (almost as if to give room/the place back) before attempting to drive around the outside against the tighter-lined Dreissig, but drives into the back of him and spins him around.
    Bernard Vella - 20 points - 1 strike

    SERVER 2

    Stremair vs. Vega, Lap 9, T 3-4
Vega goes in hard into turn 3, kissing the bumper of Stremair, before driving into him in turn 4, spinning him around. Vega did attempt to wait, but then gave up and drove on.
    Caryl Vega - 8 points - 1 strike

    Ibraimi vs. Anufriev, Lap 38, T 8
After an incident a few laps earlier, and a spin, Anufriev drives very slowly, letting cars through until Ibraimi, then flat out accelerates into the back of him into the chicane, deliberately wrecking him.
Vasily Anufriev - Exclusion from the championship, ban for all remaining rounds

    SERVER 3

    Kaercher vs. Gabriel, Lap 1, T 2
After a close fight, Gabriel taps the back of Kaercher and spins him, leading to a big pile up.
    Alexander Gabriel - 4 points - 1 strike

    Kaercher vs. D. Vella, Lap 29, T 1
    D. Vella brakes far too late into the first corner and crashes hard into Kaercher.
In this situation, it would have been much better for D. Vella to move to the left.
    Dean Vella - 8 points - 2 strikes

    IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL DRIVERS:
If there was an accident, even if it's clearly the other person's fault, stay calm and collected! Do NOT rejoin into the field! You just give the same frustration to other unaffected drivers, and it's as bad as causing the initial accident.

    SERVER 1

Vega vs. Oliveira, Lap 1, Turn 2
Oliveira tries to have a look on the inside of Vega and spins him, also affecting Ibraimi and Theot.
    Vinny Oliveira - 20 points - 1 strike

Benedek vs. Zerebiec, Lap 6, Turn 2
Zerebiec tries to have a look on the inside of Benedek and hits him into a spin. Benedek tries to catch it and goes on the brakes, then Zerebiec hits him again.
    Konrad Zerebiec - 20 points - 1 strike

Matzick vs. J. Zengaffinen, Lap 31 Turn 10
    J. Zengaffinen goes for a move on the inside of Vromant, and hits the car ahead, Matzick, into a spin.
    Julian Zengaffinen - 20 points - 1 strike

    SERVER 2

Kramarsky vs. Adams, Lap 3, Turn 10
Adams touches Kramarsky in the back and spins him. Kramarsky stays on the throttle after his spin, trying to get out of the way since he is in the middle of the road, but in the end this also affects Hensel and Pellegrini.

Round 7 - Hockenheimring - Incidents and Penalties
    Stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller

    SERVER 2

Myszkowski vs. Sabino, Lap 6, Hairpin
Sabino gets spun in the hairpin, which is not his fault. He then however re-enters the track into Myszkowski, costing him positions
    Lei Sabino - 8 points - 1 strike

Smedegard vs. D'Aprea, Lap 6, Final corners
D'Aprea uses contact to pass Smedegard, first a bump in the penultimate corner, then squeezes him off the road in the final corner.
    Luigi D'Aprea - 8 points - 1 strike

    SERVER 3

Since the server crashed, there will be no consequences for not attending the restarted race. Sorry for the confusion, kinda difficult to restart the server and communicate it properly while also commentating another race at the same time. I was happy that so many people found the new server and completed the restarted race.
