You can do that using external apps, though. I'm using an app called Wheeler in my videos, which is a small OBS overlay utility that displays wheel and pedal input: https://billiam.itch.io/wheeler You can obviously see the app yourself if you leave it somwhere visible, for example on a second monitor. Some of the dashboard apps also can show pedal inputs - I have pedal input widgets on my phone dashboard in Sim Dashboard app. It would be great if R3E included a HUD element like this (like iRacing does), but I'm guessing it's not likely to happen.
