The new Audi R8 LMS now featuring even more race car technology is following in the footsteps of its successful predecessor.

28 GT Championship wins between 2009 and 2015 and eight overall victories in 24-hour races are an impressively strong track record. The new Audi R8 LMS is set on continuing it. The brand with the four rings has been testing the new race car that will be available to customer teams around the world in 2016 since spring of 2014

Audi fans were already able to marvel at the new GT3 sports car from Neckarsulm in full action in 2015, for instance in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring, where the Audi Sport Team WRT celebrated overall victory with the new R8 LMS.

The 2016 season also began successfully: An overall victory in the Dubai 24 Hours and a class win in the classic Daytona 24 Hours.

The Audi R8 LMS proves the brand’s lightweight design expertise, meets highest safety standards and features even more sophisticated aerodynamics than its predecessor.

We are looking forward to blast this beautiful V10 Engine sound through your home speakers!

    Stay tuned for more information!

    Update 02.06.2017

Last weekend Audi Sport clinched an amazing victory at the ADAC Zurich 24h-Rennen. The Land-Motorsport Audi R8 LMS GT3 driven by Kelvin van der Linde Official, Christopher Mies, Markus Winkelhock - official Facebooksite & Connor De Phillippi crossed the finish line first, after a dramatic race.

    Congratulations to the whole team!

We are very proud to include your car in #RaceRoom

The guys from Sector3 Studios will do their best to make the car feel and sound exactly like the original.

The wait will be over soon!

And the Ferraris and Lambos and Astons :), but yeah this is a solid addition and solidifies one of the strongest GT3 lineups in simracing.

Well, I take this announcement as a provocation. I am not waiting for content but for features like flags or driver swap. How many times we tell we don't need no more content but more features ?

And what if I tell you that different people are responsible for creating new content and programming new features? Are you telling me if you don't give a new task to a track/vehicle designer, he'll suddenly become a fully qualified programming expert and start to work on new features instead?

You don't get my point. In my previous post, I don't criticize the work of s3 (a very good work in facts) as a developer team but the politic of the game's editor
