The first truly international touring car formula since Supertouring in the 1990s, TCR has arrived in Australia and New Zealand this year with its brand of close-quarters, panel-rubbing, tin-top action that has seen it become a global motorsports success over the past 5 years.

Now that you've seen the on-track action this class has produced in reality, it's time to experience the excitement of the fastest growing international touring car category in the virtual world of RaceRoom Racing Experience.

AUS/NZ Racing are proud to present the first online TCR league in the Oceania region and will be replicating the World Touring Car Cup (WTCR) - featuring all of the cars on the 2018 and 2019 grid plus 7 of the circuits visited by the real world series, including the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife and the fearsome Macau street circuit.

Race events will be held each Thursday night at 7:30PM AEST / 9:30PM NZST, with 2 30 minute races, the second race featuring a reverse grid top 10 (see below for the full event schedule). The series will use the points system used by the real-world WTCR series, with points being given down to 15th place as well as points for the top 5 qualifiers. Success ballast will also be implemented, with the top 10 in the championship going into each round receiving ballast (ranging from 50kg for the leader to 5kg for 10th).

Sign-ups are still open - whilst there is a grid limit of 36 based on the limits of the dedicated server software, reserve entries will be allowed in the case where there are drivers who cannot make the event.

The first round of the championship is tonight, with the drivers tackling the tough technical layout of the Hungaroring. A 30-strong field has been assembled for this season, with upwards of 20 drivers expected to take on tonight's event.
