brands has the indy only version as it came with the dtm season that ran only the indy part , it was part of the licence package that was negotiated early on in the r3e history, for the dtm season

I was shocked too, when i first time entered the track.

 

Iirc this was in 2013 and since then we hear this reason. I wonder, whether any efforts have been made to bring the GP layout to RR in six years? I doubt, there is an older request in simracing.
And no, I do not expect this fort free.

 

ok this is my opinion, i have no knowledge as such as to what may or may not happen but i see r3e getting tied more and more to real series and esports , so if it comes up in a series and they can negotiate it at price they want to pay then it would probably happen

The whole situation is madness, even more so if eventually content is only going to happen if esport wants it, and we actually had it before..Roll on ACC version..

In the video above you can see an event version of "RaceRoom - The Game", which was the first try / demo of a "Free to play" racing sim by SimBin and RaceRoom based on Race07. It looks like Race07, it sounds like Race07, it feels like Race07, it has content of Race07 (incl. Add-Ons), but it was called "RaceRoom - The Game". The following title was called "RaceRoom - The Game 2". You can also find some "The Game 1 & 2 / Race07" stuff in R3E now. For example the "Hockenheimring" or "Laguna Seca".

That's good news

 

It doesn't matter what it was called, that game has nothing to do with the current raceroom. It felt and looked like race07 because it was race07. The free portion was just a cut down version featuring the formulaRR (very good car in its day) and hockenheim. It would run as a stand alone or with other race07 compatible content if you had it (gtrevo, gtpower etc). The current R3E has never had brands GP.
