Hi, can someone take a look at some weird light effects at the exit curb of T2 (right at the wall) and after the Dipper at Bathurst Mount Panorama Circuit? It happens to me no matter what graphic option or time of the day I choose. My vision gets blurry for a split second every lap when I'm exiting T2 at the outside wall. Has this ever occured to someone else? Can someone reproduce it? Any help would be welcome! Greetings
To me it looks like motion blur is going bonkers. Have you tried switching it off completely? I will most probably not be able to actually help you as I never saw this at Bathurst and so can't reproduce it, but for the devs and/or betatesters you might want to post your hard- and software configuration.
Will try, but it happens at 0-1kph(where I took this shot) and at normal racing speed. Don't know how much blurring is happening at almost none speed in Australia, but... I'll check tomorrow! Greetings
I tell you now it has been there for over a year now, I brought it up ages ago and was totally ignored, it's like there is a line running through from the up hill section through the infield to the other side after the dipper..
There have been previous threads, happens everytime for me here at a couple of spots iirc, answer is to not hit the wall
Sorry, shouldnt really say dont hit the wall as i dont think you have to to trigger it, it happens when you get so close to the wall or run too far wide. Or that is how it is for me! Thanks @Not Lifting Off for the links. Seems to me that this problem exists since the early stages of the sim. Of course it's just a minor thing, but it's nasty like a crack in the ceiling of your bedroom: You keep looking at it and at some point you get annoyed so you remove it. Greetings
I think it's something to do with when there is a very quick change of direction, the computer has to load in an entirely new scene and apply various effects to it. I turned off blur as it does this kind of thing (and my pc isn't that good) Will attempt to reproduce and put a report in tonight.
