So I picked up the adac 2015 and loved the Bentley! ! I want to pick it up for gt3 and it asks to select a livery. Are they not available to pick them up as a complete package? If not can they do this , as I tend to select different ones when I'm bored.
Loving the Bentley! Picked up just the GTR3 version (in the lovely blue livery) rather than go for the ADAC 15 pack. Read a few comments about it driving like a tank but I haven't found that to be the case. It does feel like a big car and may slightly lose out to more nimble cars through the twisty stuff, but it doesn't feel like a tank. I think it offers a very composed, confident drive. A car that I would be very happy to run on longer races. Civilised, you might say, as a Bentley should be*! *when not in the hands of a Premier League footballer.
Now Bentley is one of my favorite GT3/ADAC car. Only i have FFB clipping in every corner. I reduce FFB Multiplier from 1.9 to 1.3 and now everything is excellent. Great car
Look at this guys head and neck support, his eye line, ingame look anything like that to you? Out of the cockpit the view is fine, in the cockpit it is all too low, way too low. 1st pic simillar eye level to above picture, support position to eye, 2nd pic where it should be imho . Edit - And another thing i noticed with the cockpit cam, i can keep moving the head higher and higher and higher, there is no limit it seems, this also happened in the capri so maybe just new to me
Referring to the todays GT Masters coverage, i have to say that the cockpit design of the Bentley as it is now - is pure crap. Sorry. And i bet 10 $ that the data display looks different, too
I agree it is really ugly, unfortunately you are watching the 2016 interior. the one in R3E is from 2014 if i am getting it right. this is 2014
Today I had the first chance to try the Bentley on Track... It's real fun to drive it. You really feel that it is a huge car in comparison to the other cars. After a few laps I quite get used to it and liked the feedback the car gave me - which needed these few laps for me to really notice it. But I definitely need a few more races with it, as I'm not used to sit on the "wrong" () side. @Anthony Monteil: Is it possible to increase the volume of exterior sound a bit? At the moment it is a bit to quite I think and the Mercedes SLS is louder in game, which it is not in real life (IMO). As I remember from my last years visit @ADAC GT-Masters in Oschersleben, the Bentley was one of the louder cars with a very deep V8-Sound. The Sound it self is really nailed in R3E but a bit to quite IMO. To give it a ranking on volume-side from the last years cars in Oschersleben (no Ford and no Lambo was in Oschersleben last year): BMW Z4 Reiter Camaro Bentley GT3 Mercedes SLS Corvette Z06 Audi Nissan Porsche
Because this Thread is about the News that the Bentley is licensed. Normally there are seperate Threads about Content, which get the Flag "Preview" and then "Released" after the Release. In case of the Bentley it is included in the ADAC GT-Masters-Pack.
I drove this for the first at Spa yesterday in a 30 minute race. My first thought after getting view setup and driving a bit was "oh man i'm not going to like this" but i kept at it. The car somehow feels genuinely heavy, which is really cool since we're in the digital world. Also right hand drive threw me off as lately i've been driving all left hand drive stuff, but this passed in 5 minutes. I ended up having a really good race and enjoyed driving this beast - truly nice addition!
Great car the Bentley drives great but the sound i think it can improve , so in this video i hope that you can understand my point in game its just to quiet , enjoy the full video or skip to 15:35 -
Nice vid, tnx for sharing. But it's not the same car, this is the road-legal version which has slightly different specs and surely uses a different exhaust system, which can alter the sound significantly.
