heath noooooooooooo. we are going to miss your vr race recaps. Who will/can fill the gap? Can we have a list of VR racers in ESR? I'll start VR here!
Late post. Fantastic racing by everyone. Happy to report that round 1 of Boss of the beemers was a success and produced zero reported incidents or no penalty given, The stewards are happy to have a break that was done with 28 drivers and a very challenging set of cars and tracks, Everyone, Good job @nate put on a clinical show and produced an outstanding 1st and 2nd place as well as taking top spot on the Safety rating. Coming up next ! Round 2 with the 1989 BMW 635 (Touring Classic) and 1992 BMW M3 (DTM 92) Just a reminder that even though we have 37 drivers signed. Wildcard spots are still up for grabs. Hoping to see Grant Patullo, Gerbuho, G. Schultz, Wesley, Alex Swenson, romgtr and Gyppo at the next race. Well done to all, see you next round. Note; every racer that participated in 50% of the races, the winner of each division and the top 3 on the esr safety rating will each get one entry for a chance at winning vrp's. Example: the winner of div one that also did 50% of the race and finished 1st, 2nd or 3rd on Esr safety rating would get 3 entry to win vRP. This serie is now over. Very fun Thanks everyone. Next champ Modern DTM see here - >> https://forum.sector3studios.com/index.php?threads/esr-dtm-series.10794/
Thanks for the series guys. That was definitely a fun one with all the variety in the cars, and the tracks. You guys used a few layouts I havent driven on in a race setting before, so that was a fun experience as well. Gotta say I was a bit surprised to see the quality in ESR. Lots of solid drivers, lots of good on track battles, and and nobody driving outright dangerously. Everyone racing was very respectful and fair, aside from a few instances where 'hero mode' was engaged where some questionable pass attempts were made... myself included Hopefully everyone else had a good time too, and the next series can similarly have good participation. Looking forward to it
