Problem Cannot connect to server

Hello,

After a long update (and a while off R3E), I can't seem to connect to the server.

"Can't connect to server. Error code: 13"

That, or the splash screen indefinitely.

I thought this problem had been solved long ago, since on every release or update it was not possible to use R3E for a while. But apparently it's still the same old problem.

Why can't we have an offline mode at least, to use what we are paying for? Is the security so much important than us, customers?

Same mistake here in Ukraine. Yesterday everything was fine. Where can I find the patch notes, didn't notice the patch today.

Hello, I was just playing online and suddenly the error code 13 appears and I was playing until 5 min ago

Well, it's a global problem then. Lets wait, nothing to do about it.

 

I'm guessing they won't even answer here and let this continue.

Error 13 is being investigated looks like it is difficult to resolve at the moment.

 

Certainly doesnt seem to affect everybody as there are a guesstimated 500 people driving just in multiplayer right now and ive been playing for the past 100 minutes as well without any problems

 

I guess that is why they are having difficulty reproducing.

 

I have problems too... In Competition my laptimes are not recorded and I get kicked out of the game randomly.

 

All the sims I know have an offline mode, it doesn't solve the problem if you want to MP but at least it's a great option for all the users who just want to train or play in SP. That would also reduce the problem for MP users.

After trying for a while, I switched to another sim, for me the problem is solved, after a fashion. I'll probably check in again in a few months.
