I just got back into R3E because of its brilliant VR implementation and am trying to buy more tracks and cars, I've addes them to my cart and hit buy and get a confirmation butt3, i hit that and nothing happens. I have funds in Steam wallet and previously it would just jump to Steam and remove funds and add content.
If you are trying to buy something in game, be sure to have the Steam overlay enabled, as purchases cannot be done without it. Otherwise, go to game.raceroom.com/store and finish your purchase there. If you are talking about the Steam Store, then I have no idea
I believe in order to make purchases while in VR, you need to be running SteamVR Beta. Last I heard they were adding support for steam overlays in VR in their beta version. Hope it helps.
I just logged in with my phone to R3E store and purchased linking to Steam. New track and two cars Thank You S3S! And i will be back for the last few tracks also.
