Interesting... I have the exactly the same problem as you since last week.

I'm also from Madeira so I wonder if there is a block on our ISP or something, is your ISP NOS(Netmadeira)?

This could be the reason. I once had a similar problem with an ISP that removed comments from java script code to reduce bandwidth use to the user. And in some cases the logic to remove the comments screwed it up and removed parts of the code too which resulted in corrupted webpages.

Just a possibility, but seeing you use the same ISP might be a hint. Maybe S3 could take a look at their code and prevent the faulty logic to remove actual code. The problem surely is not on their end but I highly doubt that an ISP is willing to make a change to their system because of some game that only a handful of their customers play.

If you can successfully save it, then this part is working correctly. It's probably related to another problem then.

Yea, the problem is precisely that file. When I load the portal and then use the browser's developer tools, there's an error on that client.css file(http://static1.beta.game.raceroom.com/static/css/1469614800/client.css in my case), it says "Failed to load resource: cannot decode raw data".

When I try to download it directly from your link it gives me a network error, if I try to open it directly in a browser it actually opens but it's clearly incomplete, it ends abruptly on this section "rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8); position: fixed; left: 0; right: 0; top: 42px; text-align: center; padding: 10px; z-index: 999". Now since it's a big file, it's possible that it just exceeds the browser's limit and that's why it doesn't let me see the rest of the file.

I've tried downloading the file with a download manager and it downloads until it reaches 89%, looking at the temporary saved file, the download stops at 1410092 bytes.

That's it! After disabling GZip compression the portal is loading as it should.

Now why is this causing trouble? Is the ISP, or another server along the route, flagging some of the compressed data as malicious and blocking it?

It's hard to tell, I think it is a problem with the Raceroom server combined with a problem of your ISP. But I think when Sector3 reverts whatever they changed last week, it should work for you again.

Well I install a new windows etc.. and website were working, then I've installed steam and raceroom, soon as I entered the game, it comes back and stop working again. And now it dont open the link you've put there... appear a page full of letters.... :(

So the problem should be from the game....
