Problem Can't start competitions

    I cannot launch any of the competitions I have previously tried. it just loads for a while then nothing..
    I have cleared cache, verify game files, reinstalled the game and used a vpn but nothing works.
    hoping someone here could fix this because none of the suggestions on the discord has worked.

    Removing this folder doesn't help either? "Documents\My games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience"

    It seems it depends where you live. I live far away and the line I use is fast without delays. from starting the game and connecting to Competitions took my connections less the 20 seconds.

    May where I am there is no traffic jam compare to where you are from.

    maybe.. but i can start a competition i haven't tried yet and after i set a time in that specific competition and relaunch my game it won't launch.

    I have exactly the same problem with all competitions I have tried so far

    Have you tried
    Click on the leaderboard of the competition
    Challenge a car

    Does that work

    In my case, I can rejoin any competition at any time as long as I haven't set a lap time. Once I have set a lap time, I cannot rejoin the competition neither just pressing the start button or challenging any participant. It tries to start the competition and some dots appears, it seems that it is starting... but always returns to the competition main page.

    The problem has been reported to the developers, we now have to wait for a fix

    Hello everyone, apparently no one is developing it?
    I have the same problem & for the second time this year 2021. Has nobody found a solution? Please help

    I dont think its anything we can do, only the devs. They're working on it @toni-frieser

    It's getting very sad, you can't take part in any more competitions.
    You lose interest in the game as a result. Pity!
    Hope the problem will be solved soon.

    not good news
    I first tried to start the KTM X-Bow RR at Silverstone, as I did a lap here a long time ago, so I can't get in.
    Then I drove the Shanghai Circuit CR1 Cup. As long as I didn't have a timed lap, I could start again. When I then drove a rated time, it was over again with a restart or log in.
    Which version of RR should I have now?

    Thank you for your patience and checking. I've passed it on to the devs. Version should be good.

    Could you try it by running the 32 bits version and sending the mwtransport.log and latest game_xxx.log?

    Log files are stored in C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log
