Car Set-ups Guids?

    Hi Guys and Girls

    Could someone please help me with Car set-ups. I am new to RaceRoom and am finding this Sim just great but i need some help with car setups.
    does anyone have any documentation on Car set-ups and what affects what when changing setting on cars. I have never had to do this before so trying to get my head around what to do with car set-ups and feel that i'm getting lost on which way to go on setting.

    any help would be much appreciated
