RR have enough cars for common classes.
I will be pleased to see some drift cars, and some play grounds for them. Also be nice some new hill climb tracks and ingame mechanics for support hill-climb racing like in real life (racers queue, start time, etc...).

Not necessarily the remit of this platform, but some OLDER F1/F2 cars (1965-1967 era) would be interesting.
Admittedly would be a little niche, otherwise there is always Grand Prix Legends for that :)

    1. Alfa Romeo/Autodelta 1600 GTA
    2. Ford Escort RS1600
    3. (if all else fails) MX-5 Cup

Or any 200-ish hp FE/RWD touring car to prep for IRL track days. I know people are into sim for different reasons, the free seat time is mine. For that to work I need a reasonable comp in the sim. The Carrera Cup & NSU seem to be the closest, but wrong layout. The NSU is a blast to drive though...

^I'd bite someone's arm off for those Escorts.

They'd be a perfect combo with Bilster Berg.

Those are my wishes by now for the sim, not focused on single cars but more on car classes:

    - Modern sports cars prototypes:
Nowadays we have 2 classes represented on R3E, named P1 and P2. We all know them, cars from late 2000s, early 2010s or based on cars that raced on that era. The last addittion to the sim was the R18 in 2016, a car from 2011, and the most recent car of all of them is the Corvette DP, which is the 2012/2013 spec.

I guess, a new batch of sports cars prototypes will be received in a good way by the community, specially those we love this kind of cars. Either if they come as representation of real cars racing or soon to race (LMH/LMDh , LMP2, LMP3) or based on those cars, as most of the current lineup now available on the sim (Something similar to the FRX17/22, because of licensing issues i guess). I think that could become very popular content on the sim.

    - Classic cars:
Specially, Group C cars, but as well GTO, Gr.5, Gr.4, etc.

I will focus on the first ones. We have the Nissan R90CK and the Porsche 962, from the early 1990s. Some cars from that era like the Sauber C11, Jaguar XJR14, Peugeot 905 or others could make it into the sim, maintaining that early 1990s focus of the Group C era R3E has, and at the same time, making it's difference with the rest of the market, that have the same Group C cars on all the games.

What do you think about this?

    Greetings.

The single seater roaster is also getting a bit outdated, it would be really nice to see some updated variants of the Formula RRs, as most of the series have introduced newer cars since then. Or for example, the Tatuus F4 also has a successor now:

And Tatuus builds the T-318 as well, which is used in various regional F3 series around the world, don't know if S3 still has the licence/connection:

I'd love to see some more classic full seasons of cars. 1994 and 1998 BTCC would be fantastic.

On the WTCC front, maybe go back seasons. Like 2010-12 with the Super 2000 cars.

Maybe look into the BTCC series license with Motorsport Games looking like a mess and no more WTCR. Maybe use TCR Europe to replace it.

In terms of classes, I think Balrog has a good point. Modernising the F4 class and adding the Formula Regional T-318 would be a good idea. We'd still have the classic F3-style car in the Formula RaceRoom 3.

A Ginetta Junior/GT5 is a great car to race on other games and it's a small, entry-level car. For rookies, it's a fantastic entry point. I think that type of car is a bit of a gap in the game at the moment. Plus, it's a fun car to drive on games that have it.

On that note, I actually saw Alon Day on the time trial leaderboards. I'm sure he'd be able to provide some useful feedback on the car, too.

In what sense is F4 outdated? Not having a halo that most people will turn off anyway? The F4 we have is almost identical and it is, for all practical purposes, a contemporary F4 car.

I would sit down and consider the updated F3 and F2 classes though, because most series at that level incorporated some forms of additional overtake aids, like P2P or DRS, so the racing experience would actually be different.

But then, introducing new single-seaters on top of outdated equivalents leads to the old car turning obsolete. It was worth the generated buzz for X22 to make X17 obsolete, but may not be the case for lower series. It's unfortunately not like sportscars where you can just add another to the existing class and make everybody happy.

Since we have one car from 1995, 2003 and 2005 DTM seasons then it only makes sense to fill this class out with the cars that competed.

    1995
    1995 Alfa Romeo 155 V6 Ti DTM
    1995 Opel Calibra V6 4x4 DTM

    2003
    2003 Abt-Audi TT-R DTM
2003 Opel Astra V8 Coupe DTM

    2005
    2005 Audi A4 DTM
2005 Opel Vectra GTS V8 DTM
