yeah, a sunday night event. Really hope i can make this.....health and family commitments have kept me away for far too long.
Hi all, some might know me from EEC or as the designer of the Spa McLaren art car. My plan is to race this sunday and i have entered with a... McLaren Now I just hope my busy life will give enough time that I can do some practice (haven't done even a proper lap yet) and can enter the event.
How about changing second class to something different? I've tried Volvo here and it's pretty scary to drive fast. Downhill from Skyline to Forest's Elbow is pretty much in constant slide. Maybe Porsche 911 GT3 Cup or Audi TT RS? Or even M235i Cup. And this comes from someone, who considers himself as Bathurst fanboy, loves WTCC cars and is curenntly sitting on top of leaderboard (with a lap that is far from perfect)
Not sure @rad I really like the WTCC and I've done tyre testing and you use about 25% of tyre to 1 tank of fuel. We may consider changing it if no more sign up.
No one wants to party in WTCC 2016 with myself? It's a viable car trust me, 25% tyres to 1 tank of fuel
@Oreos there can be only 1!! even though your the solo wtcc, being Bathurst (chaos) id place bets on the top 15 finish overall
Maybe not many (including me) haven't driven the WTCC-Cars since the last Physics-Update. I've just done a few Laps in the Competition with it and noticed that the car is much more stable in lift of than before - but yeah, it's still there and I would need to get used to it... For me, especially the downhill-Section would be tough I guess - but luckily there are walls all around ^^ BTW - I'm in already after @Arthur Spooner had bothered me to sign up and my wife said "okaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyy"... will be my first organized race - so looking quite forward to it
Sorry wife, I am pre occupied on Sunday and can not do wifey things with you! I hope you enjoy it as we are looking to host a few more
I tried the WTCC for fun on Bathurst.... My honest reaction half way through the track, "OMG the car want to kill me..." Handed last time I drove the WTCC cars was about....mm a very long time ago ha ha ha... That was scary as F****
