Hey guys, Pretty new to Raceroom and I'm probably being a bit thick....but, How do you change the name at the end of the link to your profile? When I go into Account Settings the bit where you can change it is greyed out and when I hover over the mouse on it, it just says ' You can not change this'. All help appreciated TIA
Hmm, I've never tried to change that, so Im not sure if this is entirely correct... I believe that profile name in the location you describe is simply what your Steam name was when you made your RR account. It doesnt have much use in RR at all besides being the ID for your user page. Above that option in the account settings is a spot for your name, which is what will be displayed in game. I think you are encouraged to use your real name there, but a lot of people just use random monikers. If you insist on changing your profile name, I dont believe that is something you can do on your own, and you would need to contact the help desk and explain that you would like to change your profile name.
