Every time i go into a race my tires seem to be always cold and i really have no idea how to get them up to temperature when in the middle of the race. New ish to sim racing in general so im no expert at all of this

That depends to some degree on what you're driving. Some cars heat their tyres easily, others not so much, even when you're pushing. I find Aquila CR1 for example to be a particularily hard car for heating the tyres up, an excellent drive aside from that.

In the FWD Audis, it is to be expected that your rear tires are cold. What about the front tires?
