Problem Content Server Error 20004

    I am getting the above error when I try launch the game.

    I have cleared the download cache.
    Verified all the files.
    Deleted exe and verified again.
    uninstalled and reinstalled.

    Any ideas how to fix this issue?

    Eventually found the issue.
    Have to opt out of live preview.
