Hi, I recently bought a Corsair K55 RGB Standard Gaming Keyboard, and when It's plug I can't event play R3E. When I un-plug it, every thing works fine. I don't want to return my keyboard because I love it and I don't want to go back ot my cheapest knock-off keyboard. Do you have any idea for that ? Thank you

Hi, which error comes up? Does the game not start, or do you have an error message or a log file or something like that. A little bit more precise as "can't play" would be nice

Bummer. Strange thing is I have a Roccat with LEDs and with that RR works just fine. I've seen you already found that other thread, so it looks like it's an ongoing issue with that keyboard in RR for some reason. I'm just not sure if it would be an issue for Sector3 to fix, or rather Corsair... I assume there's no crash dump files or game logs as you can't even get in the game, right? Have you tried uninstalling the Corsair driver suite? Maybe that's conflicting somehow...?
Chris: Yes I tried every thing and the best is to un-plug the keybaord. I can go in game with it but the problem, is the when I press "DRIVE" in solo, it take for every before I drive the car, and in multi when it does that, It's just kick me out of the server and say: connection lost. And I play a lot of multi player so.
Ahso, I thought it's stuck on the loading screen for good. So it will eventually load into a session when you try in single player? Maybe you could do that, just load into a single player session, quit and then upload the according game and MWtransport log files here. The directory for those files is ...Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log No idea if they might contain a hint about what's going on, but it sounds like with the kb plugged in it just takes ages to connect to the RR servers, which causes you to get kicked from mp servers. But with those logs I'd have sth to open a bug report and have them looked at.

Yes it's the first time windows block this thing when Defender is on.. But I always play this game before with defender on.. And sure, here it is.

I mean sometime the game crash at launch up, then make that windows sound when a error ops up but nothing and the game close. I have freshly installed Win10 Home 64. Here the video of that crash when keyboard is plugged.:
I also try to un-plugged the kayboard, then launch the game, but in game I lost every setting I did.. So I need to plug another keyboard to save my setting. But I try to un-plugged the keyboard, launche the game, then start a match, then drive and re plugged the kb, instant laaaaaaag and then crash.
So you can reproduce that crash by plugging the kb in while the game is running? If yes, please do that and upload the dump file of that crash. Those are in ...Documents\My Games\SimBin\Crash Dumps
