Pleas help me!
[QUOTE = "barna1978, bejegyzés: 139760, tag: 14119"] Kérlek, segíts nekem! [/ QUOTE]
Szia! Az összeomlás csak online történik!
Én elmentem egy kiszolgálóhoz, és egy kicsit elfogyasztam, majd egy hibaüzenettel eldobtam!
Thank you Sector 3 studio!
Could you please explain the problem?
F.e.: I tried to launch a Leaderboard challenge and I got an error message in a popup window, whit attached crash-dump. The game shut down. I reinstalled the game already, but the problem is exist.
Could you help me?
What are you computer specifications (RAM, Windows version, CPU, ...)?
AMD radeon HD 7800 series, 1024 ram, win 10, Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz, 4GB ram
Sorry for the late response, I completely forgot you
Unfortunately, I have bad news. Your PC is too old. Your processor and RAM amount is problematic.
This thread needs moving to community support.
According to the minimum specs his cpu is at the lower end but still within requirements and 4gb ram was the most this game could access a few weeks ago (i think )!
OS:Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10
Processor: Dual core at 2.4 GHz or AMD equivalent
Memory: 4 GB
Graphics:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD equivalent
Hard Drive:30 GB of free HD space
Other Requirements:Broadband Internet connection
@Not Lifting Off I agree with you.
I asked it for him. And that's in fact what J-F have said about it...
Ooops, hope theres not too many people that bought the game based on them minimum requirements only to be told that their system is too old when they have an issue
hopefully people are clever enough to try it before going mayhem with the credit card, since you know, the game is free
The game may be free to try, you may not see that, you may just come from reading a review or two, or what the hell i want a racing game i have an older system what game do my specs fall into that get good or decent reviews?
Oh, Raceroom, min requirements fit the bill perfectly................until you have an issue, then suddenly your computer that fulfills all the minimum requirements is suddenly, now they have your money, too old
Either the minimum requirements list is changed\updated to represent what the company really think they should be or what sounds like a blase, off the cuff comment, kept to the appropriate minimum and maybe a little assistance offered
Failing that and the requirements are higher than the listed then a full refund and an apology should be offered.
