Hello, Turning my wheel 720 degrees only turns the wheel 90 degrees in game. I've tried going into my profile's advanced settings, but nothing I've done seems to have an effect. What am I doing wrong?
Go to vehicle settings and disable the driver hands (so it says "wheel only" (or sth similar)). That way the virtual wheel should match your real ones movements.
Well that solves that (Thak you very much!!). But now, it seems that how much the wheel "looks" like it's turning, does not affect how much it actually does? How do I fix this?
Sorry, I'm afraid I'm not following you (but I'm sick atm, so it's probably just me being a bit slow). Please describe the problem in another way, or maybe sb else can chime in.
Same here, I don't understand it? I too have a CSL Elite, and when removing the virtual hands (and having only the virtual wheel), it turns like in real life. Is your wheel sensitity (SEN) set to AUT? (in the tuning menu)
We had this problem with the csl wheel as well. 1. In the game, set the turning angle to your liking (we use 450°) 2. On the wheel, set the angle from AUT to the one you chose in the game. Please refer to Fanatec manuals on how to change this value on the wheel.
Sorry, but isn't there a implementation of this wheel now? If so I recommend to delete the rcs files for the controller settings, start Raceroom new and make your steering wheel settings new. On my CSL Elite (PS4) the automatic rotation works. I don't have to make new settings for all cars manually.
I suggest you to set your rotation to "like setup" (or something like that; don't know what it is exactly called in the english version) and the "SEN" setting in the CSL to "AUT". That works for me, and automatically adjusts the angle for each car correctly.
