    Thanks.
I seem to be getting feedback that people like the analog gauges. Looking to set up a dash with analog rpm and boost, should be a good match for the group 5 beasts!

I don't think VR shall make this kind of things obsolete in the short term. We still have (and like) to use mouse, keyboard, button box, wheel buttons, shifter buttons etc. And of course, for us who like to have a clean screen, an external gadget will be always welcome. ;)

Thanks for all the feedback guys.

Not yet. Will wait until beta before I get set up deploying for other platforms.

    Looks good.
I just bought a cheap 7inch android tablet for this kind of stuff.
Is the info on the dash user editable? (add extra fields)

Why is it called CLI btw?
CLI = Comand Line Interface, but is graphical ;)

I have the code for editing however it broke when upgrading Unity versions. Will come out in the future. Alpha and all that :)

I used CLI for the 'Client' and SRV for the 'Server'. Very imaginative yes?
    Lucky acronyms are open slather:

Let me know how you go with it!
    ;)

Any chance you could make a version that would work on the popular (and cheap) Kindle Fire tablets? They're basically using a modified version of Android, so should be too difficult to port. Thanks

Great work @Berno im using it now on my S6 now that im using a much closer view it adds alot of immersion and info. Is there any chance to add to the widgets 'time remaing' at all and or the tire wear / temps that would be really helpful and again great work :)

Technically I don't see why not but I wont be looking into other platforms until I have it at a more complete state.
    Hopefully not too far off!

Yes will look at adding as many widgets as technically possible in the future I just want to get the core structure for them set up regarding setting fonts, colours and saving/loading etc. Would be a pain to have to update many widgets every time I change something atm ;)
    Thanks.

Understood, but would be great if you're able to do this eventually, as would be a very cheap way for people to have a very cheap dash setup!

I really need to install this ASAP. I keep seeing this while at work but forgetting to try it out at home. I love the "real gauges" look.

Edit: Got this up and running last night, thank you very lean and easy to use. Of course, now i have to shop for a 3rd phone/tablet type screen to permanently mount. Thank goodness they are so cheap now.

I've noticed a little bug with the APP o_O if you start the app by mistake and need to shut it down again ( not being close to your computer so you can't connect ) it is in full screen locking out the mobiles touch screen buttons to back out of the app. So that locks up the phone only way to get out is a full restart of the phone... I have a HTC M8 there is no back buttons on it only screen... ;) Would be great if this could be fixed :D

What is the minimum android version to run this ? I bought a cheap phone to run this and it's on 4.1 if I recall, but Google play won't let me install this on that device - says device not compatible or something like that. Had to use HUD instead.

I have tested on a pendo pad with no back button. On that you can swipe up from the bottom to bring up the soft keys and press back or home to get out. Can you try and see if that works for you??
