Getting error in the RR community Mulitplayer program. Players are getting, no response from server when trying to connect. Note: I did forward the port UDP and TCP in the router for the IP of this machine.
If you mean the firewall on the computer itself. I simply disabled it for testing So yes those ports are allowed, and i made outbound and inbound rule for the program. Also ran the process as Admin Edit : restarted it and noticed this error.
Ah... last time I saw that message it was back-end related, may have even been before testing began. Only other thing I can think of is to make sure your Anti-virus software isn't blocking anything. It's well past my bedtime right now though so I may be missing something. Sorry mate.
Well i ran it on a different computer and i am not getting any error but the issue is the same. People get message no response from server.
I will try that shortly as i am still technically at work (working remote). I will try from different pc on same network
I've noticed some issues with the rolling start during Dedi MP sessions. During first try after I finally entered the game (Error 500) it was glitching right at start of the race for 3-5 seconds my car was like sliding randomly and making very glitchy-wobling sounds. Afterwards the race was began and some fellas from the grid where in the walls but somebody was fine. My second try with rolling start was black screen, everything glitching and the only way was to leave the race and the room.
if I make a dedi with DTM in 2014 it appears in the list . upon entering the channel on this server you press run and the vehicle can choose ! until then good . when you press the button briefly race remains away and reappears as a red button racing ! Why is this error ? DTM in 2013 works flawlessly ! Please help
So forget about my error screenshots on previous post. I connected my laptop directly in the ISP router. I DMZ the address of the laptop. Run the server I do not get any error like the one I reported above everything seems fine. But when someone tries to connect to the server they see the server they get prompted to select the car and liveries then they are prompted for the password, At that point it takes a few seconds then red bar top with message : No response from server. Any help would be greatly appreciated cause I tried on 3 different machines now with different connection type and I still get the same exact message.
I should have better posted this here Question for advice.. A friend and me can create/start the server and see it in the serverlist.. I can choose which class and see the cars then liveries but when clicking on them i get the message: "No response from server".. Probably issues lay here as there arent any ports opened or whatsoever on my computer.. or shouldn't this be a problem? If so, any tutorial available on how to do this? Thanks..
