..now it works

 

Well it's easy to find, but I'm on my phone right now ,
if you go into task manager then tab performance , resource monitor, network then listening port or tcp and sort by local connection and port you should find some info there

 

So it's working good now?

 

Great..that was it! AutoShutdownManager_Service use this Port. Now i changed it...
