Bug Disconnect Right at the Start

    I Drive in the RRVLN and i always Have a Disconnect right before the Start I must Say Everbody Gets in the grid And my Class must wait 5 minutes until we can Start And Always 1 min or 2 min before our Start i get an Disconnect (Only me) Any Ideas?
