704Games has an exclusive NASCAR license that might prevent that, I don't know if it covers all the obscure minor series of NASCAR. Or just do generic cars like iRacing and rFactor 2 do. I'd also accept the Swedish Camaro Cup that uses similar cars and was included in previous SimBin titles. They were kinda awesome in Race 07. The Swedish tracks are already in R3E so seems like a relatively painless addition.
