Problem Error 12002

you're right Stefan, but as i payed for contents (perhaps 120 € since the beginning), i just expect to play RRRE as i want, when i want .. today it's not possible and i'm waiting for that for a long time.
S3 creats a forum, especialy a "community support", so i use it.

i only write 2 tickets up to now, perhaps should i do this every day, because every day i have got bad issues ; for exemple, tonight :
1) ping 0 (ticket sent because i'm feed up with this)
2) then sever no response
3) then error 12002 and back to windows ...; yeah that rocks !!!!!!!

Of course S3 employes can have a rest at home after work. I just expect them to work hard on those (my) problems instead of a race forward with dlc. If so, they will have all my respect and my consideration.

well, i gonna send and send tickets if it's the only way to be heard.

i raced today... almost all day... dunno when or how it works...

 

Was working earlier but now error 12002 again!

 

It worked till about an hour ago, but now just Error 12002 whatever I try

 

In other words, every is all right and under control
Rrre is one of the best simracing game (for me the best), when it works ... But with all those bugs, that sucks

 

Now it works after a few try´s. Huh now the best racing sim again. They are working on and sometimes it works and sometimes it works not. in German : halte durch bald geht es wieder ;-)

 

was happy - too early...works for one game...then error 12002...:-( no problem its only about 5 day´s now...frustratet......

I really really hope we will get an offline version somewhen to get rid of these errors.

 

Keep getting this after a race or two, hope S3 can roll out a hotfix pronto.

Sorry about the server issues!
From what I've understood there is a problem with one of our backend services that is currently being investigated.
The reason that the errors come and go is that this service is alternately being disabled and re-enabled, as it needs to be running in order for us to debug it.

Can't go into any more technical details I'm afraid since that's not really my area, but just wanted to let you guys know that we have been, and will continue to, look into it

 

You guys coming out and speaking up, sharing information on the problem and what you are doing to fix it, is very much appreciated.

still have the 2220 + 12002 error...

 

I just finished a single player race, but now it is just Error 12002 again. Even in the replays

 

I too am beginning to see the error 2220. Yesterday, I built a DTM 2015 single player championship as a test on car load. It ran beautifully on my system with 17 AND I had a blast in the two race format - ran out of gas on the last lap of the second race - lol.

So today, I wanted to bump the number of cars up from 17 to the 24 that is supposed to be in the series. I got in with a 24 car load in a single race - again the system ran beautifully. So I wanted to set up a championship in the DTM 2015. As with a few other days this last week, the error 2220 came up after the track refused to load when I tried to get in. And after a few tries trying to get the track to load, the game kicked out, error 2220 came up along with a notice that the internet had closed down. There was a button to go back to the destop. Like the photo shown above in
SVG BIOSPORT.

I tried later and got in just fine. I love the way these DTM 2015 cars dig in coming out of the apex! Nice!

I know you guys are on top of it. Just wondering if there is any progress on it?
