Akamai Edge DNS service was having issues, and Steam account link related stuff has suffered. Looks OK now, R3E finally launched without a 2104. You can always check https://steamstat.us/ to see if there's something affecting/going on with Steam, and not exclusively with a product depending on it. Just a while ago, most stuff wasn't showing ok.
