"Something went wrong and game is unplayable" isn't something that can be acted on. What is the actual issue? Is the game refusing to start? Is it giving an error message? Are you getting sound but no visual? Visual but no sound? Have you verified the integrity of your game cache (if installed through Steam)? This is the point Sean was trying to make. Simply saying "something went wrong" gives no information to actually assist you with the issue you are having.
