    Hi guys,
anyone good at RRE F3 got recommendations for dry starts: -
    1) what startline revs to set pre 1st gear selection?
    2) what revs to moderate to immediately on 1st gear selection?
    3) normal gear usage or any short shifting? (I doubt short shifting but thought I'd ask)
    Thanks in advance

These cars are bloody brilliant - most under-rated in the sim in my view! Challenging but also forgiving. I've just been racing 'em at Ningbo which is a really good combo.

I can't be all that precise but in answer to your question - this is what I do -
    1) hold revs so that red lights on wheel have only just come on
    2) on starting-lights out let car 'jump' off the line at those revs but as soon as it does reduce throttle a little until tires 'bite'
    3) normal shifting from there on

Takes a bit of 'feel' but it's relatively easy. I do find this one of the easier cars to get off the line (FRX-90 for example is way harder - although depends on track / set-up).

    PS welcome to R3E!
