Fanatec Support

Hi all
So I was in race room and I could not move so I check on the Fanatec soft wear and the break pedal was stuck. I need to get a hold of them as the pedal is broken right where the pedal and the bolt are there is a piece of metal that broke off just above the bolt that holds the pedal. I check there web sight and I could not find anywhere on there how to contact them. If anyone could help get in contact that would be great. I do live in the USA

I tried that and got nowhere.

 

I think I just figured it out. It sure was not that easy.

 

Sorry to hear you had this problem, recently upgraded to the V3 pedals and so far so good, also just today ordered the V2.5 base and BMW GT2 rim, at these prices you really dont expect this to happen.
At least i know where to go if god forbid anything goes wrong.

 

Here is a picture of my brake pedal. I have not heard back from Fanatec yet.

 

Curious whether you were able to get a response from fanatec. They do sell a brake pedal kit , it's a bit pricey, you can find it in the csl pedal section under accessories.

I should be getting my new pedals this Saturday. I hope so I have missed racing in SRS
