deleted old profile, created a new one and does not work, feedback is still lacking.

I have also uploaded both log files from a short 20 second run (just quit after feeling the same problem with ffb), I hope we can get this sorted out soon as possible. it is very frustrating that after a hard day at work I cannot relax a bit with this amazing game in my free time.

already tried to reset settings in the box, no luck either. tried @tex_548 suggestion also no luck. I am out of ideas really, lets hope the devs have a solution fast.

from what I can see from the r3e discord channel, seems to be a fanatec related issue.

My wheel does feel softer in FFB. I'm cranking up the gain and driving anyways.

    Edit:
I figured out the settings for the CSL Elite PS4 to go back to normal.
Increase the Force Feedback Spring to 6 and raise the gain on the wheel rim by 9 steps. This will be exactly what you had before or perhaps a tiny bit more track detail.

So is this a case of settings being changed or reset by the game or is it something else going on.. I've got fanatec but haven' been able to test yet

It's a simple question but drivers are actual from Fanatec?

Try to download and install the latest and set may a new profile.

I recently did notice my G25 felt terrible all of a sudden, force feedback was all jittering shaking, just awful,
I had messed with the settings a while back (months ago, not recently) making small changes/improvements,
had it set up so it felt good to me, then it just got bad one day, I reset to the default settings and it is fine now,

That's something to note actually. When I first tried the game after the update, the first thing I noticed was it seemed like all the effects where turned up to 11. By effects I mean contact with rumble strips, changing gear, and contact with other vehicles resulted in huge jerks of the wheel.
Going into the FFB menu and changing a setting seemed to fix all that, returning the values to where I had them originally did not result in the huge jolts of the wheel anymore, but then there was still the odd muddy feeling that I can't get rid of that made me go looking to see if other people were experiencing the same thing.

just to ask if there is any status update with the ffb problems me and several other people are experiencing. Any news on the root cause for this? When can we expect a fix? Thanks

Fired the game up this morning and my v1 fanatec ff is mushy is all I can say.
In the fanatec properties menu ff and wheel vibration work correctly.

a bit ashamed to say but I was just trying the game with the keyboard instead of the wheel. it is bad either way haha.

now seriously, I was hoping by now we would have at least a word on the status of the fix for our wheels!

To add to the pile my game loads really slow too. Just did a system refresh because of this. Had it quite awhile ago and now it's back. Smh
