I have no force feedback after the update. Simagic M10, I created a new profile, assigned the new commands, but no feedback arrives.

Tried one hour (nordshleife) with my CSL Elite v1.1 and I like new ffb. More articulate. Tried setting suggest by default, I only lower the ffb moltiplicator. For ex BMW M6 from 1.4 to 1. Great. Go again to drive. Thanks.

Just tried the new ffb. It is excellent!
Was not sure how my old wheel will handle it , but it is a "dream".
The wheel is thrustmaster FGT 2 in 1 .
    It is a pc/ps2 wheel.
It took me about 5 min to get the settings down. And the feel of the car is much better than before, even got some road feedback. Everything just feels smooth , unlike the jumpy car behaviour before.
All in all great work , well done sector3.
And of course , thank you for the hard work!

Yup, this really elevates the game for me. Whilst the original FFB was pretty good, there was always something about it that I didn't like, so despite how good the game otherwise is, I tended to not play it very often.

The new FFB really helps bring out the character in each car and makes the driving experience so much more natural and enjoyable. The game now has that feeling that I just want to keep on driving. I'll be putting a lot more hours into this game now.

I'm having throttle issues where the cars keep cutting out under full throttle since the ffb update. I've tried various TC settings, turning it off completely and remapping the accelerator. Nothing seems to fix it. The controls menu shows a fully green bar when I step on the accelerator.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    Nope.

Can you make a video of the issue? Nothing to do with ffb should be affecting pedal inputs. I'd try deleting the assignment and rebinding the pedals as a starting point.

Add a small amount of upper dead zone to your throttle pedal.

So what does that "graining feeling" when turning in and braking, and also through cornering, want to tell me? Please translate! ;-)

I think it's the tyres when they lose grip and instantly regain grip again and lose again and regain.. etc. I know there is a special word for it but I don't remember now. I felt it too and immediatly thought about this effect.

stick-slip effect might be what you are looking for, which is what happens when turning far too much indeed. Something can feel grainy in a lot of ways though, it might also just be the track roughness that we added!

Had another go at Road America, this time with the Volvo Turbo… This is a car I had problems with before. I couldn’t really feel it. Not so, anymore! The ffb-effects are much more subtle but they tell me so much more. I can react to what the car is doing much earlier. The feedback comes in more progressively, in my opinion. It makes this car a hell of a lot more drivable and enjoyable. I truly believe this update will take a while for people to get used to, but that might only be because they were used to something else. I have not invested so much time in the old system and possibly it wont take me so long to transfer to the new system as for the old-timers on the platform.

Some time ago you posted your Fanatec Driver DD settings. Are they still the same?
