Hm, all of the monitors from that article seem to be (slightly) over your budget... What exactly are your requirements tho? Does it need to have 144Hz, or 4k, and what's the minimum size you need/want? For around 200 bucks you can get decent Benq 27" monitors, like the GW2760HS f.e.
