Christian G. stated in thread "Teach me Ranking" Page 2 where we could find the logs for our races.

"Log files are stored in C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log
There's several files in there, I'd need the Game_xxx.log and MWTransport_xxx.log files from the session in which this error occurred.
xxx stands for the timestamp so look for the files that have a timestamp around the time you did that race. The format is "year_month_day_hour_minute_seconds".
Note that the timestamp shows the time at which you started the game, not the race itself, so if you did some races before that one without closing the game in between the timestamp could be a few minutes or hours before the actual race time. "

But I can only find part of January 2021 and not everything I have done since stating RRE. Nothing in 2020. No February, March, April, May of 2021. Am I looking in the right place and can you help?

Do you have any other folders in "Documents\My Games\SimBin"? Maybe the game created a second folder.

Majuh, I looked and found a second RRE in SimBin. But, it only had some April and then May. But did not have February or March of 2021. Do you see anything in my screenshots like files or folders that I don't want the log to report info. Maybe something that looks different. Here's the shots from RRE # 2

I have just been told that people see my porn fold on the left in the shots.

Yes, "RaceRoom Racing Experience Install 2" is the correct folder then. I believe that the game automatically deletes logs that are older than a few weeks so the folder doesn't get too large.

What is the purpose of the logs?

The logfiles are protocols of all events that happen while you play the game or change things in the menus for example. They are encrypted and are of no use for us users. But they can be very useful for the devs to analyze any weird behaviour of the game, that might have occurred to you.
So depending on the issue, they would ask you to post that specific log file from that game session you had those problems in.

Thanks Oli, Can you tell us what is the differences in files mark "Game" and files mark "MWTransport" in the logs?

One follows what you do with the game and the other(mwtransport) logs how the game talks with the backend of the game but as olli said none of this is really relevant to the end user unless the 1s and 0s are having a bad day

I want to send some data logs off to be look at. Who and where do I send them to. Do I send them through the forum? or Help desk? Do I send them to a particular person that handles logs etc.
