Hi , your account is linked to your steam account , are you certain you are logging into the correct steam account , maybe you made a new one ?

Guys have had a look and you do have 2 accounts , you need to access your EStonie account

Hi, I know that, and I don't know why, but my Estonie account was linked to a user stoner#4281, but I can't enter that because it is linked to my old email address [EDITED]. as far as I know.
but as soon as I want to change my email to raceroom, the program says, it already exists. yes, this one is mine. I really don't get it anymore. and I've been racing for a few years, and now everything is just gone. am really angry.


have created a new account, but now I have lost everything in raceroom. Cars, Circuits etc.
Logging in with raceroom is indeed possible with a steam account.
Only it asked for my password, and it didn't work for my username anymore.
everything changed on steam. then logged in again and to my surprise everything is gone. so day purchase etc.
Already emailed them but got no response. I'm not very happy I can say.
I don't even know what to do now

 

Everything in Raceroom is linked to your Steam account nowadays.

So basically you can't access your old Steam account anymore?

Hi, I understand that but it turns out that my old steam account still has my circuits. so I'm happy about that, but the cars I bought are gone. I do have a printout of the purchases, but it doesn't say exactly what I bought.
There is also no possibility to get it back.
or at least get a few back. drive a lot of porsche and gt3 cars. please let me know.

 

Which cars exactly are missing? Are you sure you're not looking at the wrong car classes? If your circuits are still there, it's unlikely that the cars are gone.

so i can se, the cars are back, but not all. I look this weekend of all the cars back.
