Bug flashing dash display

i'd like Sector3 to address this. is this the right place for it?

if a fellow user can help, that would be great, too.

electronic dash display flickering (MOTEC style).

single player. single screen. 1080p. dual Asus Strix AMD R9 Fury.

screen capture video attached. flashing is much faster than the software was able to capture.

after exiting the race event, the whole UI flickers.

this is my secondary rig. my main rig has triples with nvidia graphics. no issues.

it's Crossfire. i disabled Crossfire. no more flickering.

now i'm back to 1080p. bummed.

 

Dont see the issue!
r9 Fury should be plenty good enough to push this game hard even in single gpu setup!
