So when I am braking the wheels lock up even without applying it fully and no I am not going slow. The brakes lock up with like 10% of my input could it be I am using a dualshock 4 controller with third party software or my driving.
Enable the on-screen input meter and see how much braking you are actually doing. I think the ds4 pad gives 100% with less than full travel on the trigger. Also, ditch the third party software, ds4 pad is supported natively though steam.
