Just for in info, on my side VSync adds a bit of input lag, I wouldn't recommend using it as you feel FFB with a delay. That makes car handling harder. Edit: But you probably can set FPS limiter from you graphic drivers, without using strict VSync.
Yeah, but the limiter in the Nvidia Inspector is pretty bad and not strict enough. MSI Afterburner / Rivatuner Statistics Server has a good fps limiter included, but problem is it could implement some stutter into the game for some users, or even crashes of the game. Disable "Power" monitoring in Afterburner and dont use the OSD at all, made it usable/stable for me to just get the fps running.
