When approaching said hairpin move brake bias further towards the rear (have to play with this as it's a very personal thing). should be able to drift around at will, of course you can always just up your steering lock and remove all jeopardy.
Isn't it far easier to hit a button for instant handbrake/pull the handbrake instead of rapidly clicking 50 times to move the bias far enough? But yeah, steering lock max gets you far, especially with the smaller cars. Audi and lynk&co (and lada) are a bit bigger and need a wider approach if you want to use wheel only, but short tap on the handbrakd will be faster in the end
