Here's my problem: when I assign the steering commands to the Bodnar FFB system, the game crashes after clicking on Drive in the garage menu the game won't crash if any other input device is used for steering if I switch to my Bodnar profile in pause menu, the game crashes after clicking on Resume This problem only happened after the latest update. Earlier this week everything worked as it should. What I've tried so far: verified the game files through Steam flashed the firmware of the SimSteering device to the latest (3.9) and reverted back to 3.8 tested 32bit and 64bit mode tried various USB ports disconnected all other game controllers Any help is much appreciated because the game isn't playable for me right now.
I have OSW that now exhibits the same issue with crashing since March 15 2018 update. As soon as I select "drive" it crashes. I know some have had this issue with DD wheels for a while but mine has been working fine for 3 years now. I will send crash file when I get home.
Gamermuscle was having the same problem on stream and the devs couldn't help him. I would excpect a hotfix soon i guess.
@G.Deurwaerder You sir are suffering from the delayed patches. Ideally you should contact Steam support about not getting a patch delivered, but a workaround was found: - Delete some files from your game folder (like the executables) - Verify Integrity of game files - Let Steam download - You should then be good.
Which BuildID does Steam say your installation is on right now? (Right-click, go to properties, go to local files tab)
@Christian Göpfert @J-F Chardon thank you for the tips, I have reinstalled the game and it works back now the number you gave was not the number I had, so I thought I would install it again thx for the help
