Problem Game run in background and dont show.

turn off firewall and/or antivir during installation

 

I dont have AV and add rrre.exe and RRREWebBrowser.exe to firewall rules.
Nothing helped, the solutions from the net did not give anything, maybe someday find a solution.

I have connected account from steam bc. buy TDM 2013 on steam and many tracks/cars in game shop.

 

Maybe not much but I have 4000+km run in the game and about 600 laps.

 

the question is:
where did the simbin folder go or why does it not get created?

 

uninstall the game and try to install it in a different steam library. If you have a different drive create a steam library on that.

I had the black screen and it was ( im pretty sure ) a Windows account security issue with the folder ( I was messing around to run all as admin and messed up the folder )
After multiple install i finally installed it in a different drive/steam library and it fixed it. But i want to use my C so i had to manually create a second library on my C ( ssd ) and its working now.

I have a library on drive C, just installing the game on it.
Connection can be problematic, my English is weak, I use it only to read the documentation at work and do not speak.
Now I use a tanslator to help me write, maybe not super good but it's better than me

 

That did not work.
I see some problems with several games (on Windows 10 and AMD CPU) due to lack of:
API-MS-WIN-CORE - *. Dll
EXT-MS-WIN - *. Dll

However, there is no solution that works.

 

I found the same problem with these files in CS: GO, I downloaded it because I have it and the game works normally.
In Steam there is a thread about missing exactly the list of files that shows Depedency Walker.

For CS:GO DW shows missig files like for RRRE but game works, maybe it is fault of DW

The last time install a game, if will not work, i give up.

 

Have you tried to install DX9?
you havn't yet confirmed that you reinstalled the c++ libraries. Please tell us, because it doesn't mean they are ok if they are on your system

I reinstalled vcredist from 2008 to 2015, DX from the REDIST folder in the game, I updated the flash player, it still does not work.
Only this game does not work, sad, but I think the game somehow is broken.

 

Did you locate your Simbin/Raceroom racing experience folder?
If not, search windows for Raceroom racing experience folder (not the one in steam apps)
When you found it, delete it

 

Have one 'raceroom racing experience' folder in steam apps

 

search for simbin folder

 

Have one in documents with Race 07
