Problem Game stuck on "Starting Screen"

Game is stuck at the staring windows, tried uninstalling and vertified files twice. Worked normally before now. Any suggestions

 

I'm having the same problem. I'm trying an Integrity check.

 

I think they're having server issues because http://game.raceroom.com is not working. Others said they rebooted and it helped, but not for me.

 

I have rebooted aswell and nothing worked

 

Http://game.raceroom.com is working and so is R3E.. Try it now!
