Released GT4 cars are coming in November

    We have announced the KTM Xbow GT4 a while ago, and next patch you will finally get the keys to the car.

    This won't be the only car to be featured in this new GTR4 class though.

    In our Cayman Trophy by Manthey Racing preview we gave you a hint, that it wasn't the last you heard of this car.

    We are glad to introduce the Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport MR

    [​IMG]

    as entered in various GT4 Series around the world.

    Based on the Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport racecar the GT4 CS MR has been fitted with a comprehensive upgrade kit developed by Manthey-Racing.

    With the upgrade, the vehicle qualifies as a GT4 homologated racing car, thereby allowing it to participate in national and international races in the GT4 category.

    The biggest differences of the GT4 homologated car compared to the CS version are its lower weight due to the carbon fibre doors and bonnet, its adjustable wings, dampers and the in-car adjustable brake bias.

    While the car might have a top speed advantage compared to the KTM, it is a bit trickier to get around the corners.

    The GT4 class is one of the fastest growing race classes in the world at this moment. And i'm very happy we can finally race this class in R3E :)

    Jeez, flickr won't let me log in, can't be arsed to fiff faff about resetting password, let me see some pics, please.
    Do hope you've checked tyre pressures etc, etc on that KTM, been stood a while.
    Is the bonus surprise, something extra a week later or something added to the patch next week, that we didn't expect? Not that we had any idea at all what to expect or are we now in the midst of a S3 launch trickle?
    Can someone tell me if there is a pic of anything other than the Porsche & KTM please, jeez I'm blind. :cool:

    Pie = >< the cost of a Ginsters peppered steak (allegedly) at a service station, with the liveries costing a ketchup or mustard sachet.
    I can now see the pic's so flickr have found me I guess. Do 2 things make a class, brace in my book!

    Fantastic news. Appreciate very much.
    Multiclass races for single Player sessions would be really nice. The car list and the classes are ideal to organize such events.

    Awesome news, I'm looking forward to driving these! Especially the Porsche, since I'm a huge Porsche fan.
    Really excited for next week's announcement! I'm already wondering what it'll be, possibly a few more cars for the class? Let the speculations begin...

    It would be great if we could have the full GT4 European Series...maybe the SRO Motorsports Group offers the rights for low :rolleyes:.

    I think the SRO are tied into ACC at this point so i don't think anything with them will happen soon.

    It will be amazing if we could get about 6-7 different models of the GT4.I'll be surprised if Maserati, Alphine, Ford, Ginetta, Sin and Aston Martin would appear. I do hope we will get the Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Mclaren and Chevy, at least.

    We do need the multiclass tool for single player races, asap. Please do multiclass for single player soon, I did enjoyed the not so authentic mixture of GT4 and TCR in Pcars 2 pre-release. I would love if I could do the same in R3E.

    Also I believe it needs sorting for MP as well, due to the flag systems and position board not recognizing different classes.
