While in the replay screens, if you press the '7' key it brings up the compact HUD/Gear indicator which works and shows the gear the car is in during the replays. If you press the '7' key again, you get an expanded 'Motec' style hud however, it does not seem to function. There is no display/readout of vehicle vitals including the gear indicator.
