Help with in game shadows

Im struggling to find the setting for all shadows on all the time. I keep seeing shadows popping up during replays, sometimes car shadows, sometimes building shadows.

What settings do I want for all shadows all the time?

(I have searched a bit and not found a good solutuion)

 

Try shadows high split on reflections high skidmarks on ,generally max everything.But keep in mind that it may be FPS killer..

I've tried several different settings but it still happens.

 

Increasing contact shadows seems to make the under-car shadowing more reliably visible, however it seems that LOD settings affect it most of the time regardless of the other settings.
